Information handled
Reviewroad handles account details, authentication records, workspace settings, feedback submissions, comments, votes, changelog entries, imported App Store review data, and RevenueCat customer data when a workspace owner configures that integration.
How it is used
Product data is used to provide feedback boards, roadmaps, changelogs, import status, customer sign-in, support, security, reliability monitoring, and revenue-weighted scoring for authenticated customer votes.
Sharing and retention
Public board, roadmap, and changelog content is visible to visitors when a workspace owner publishes it. Private account and integration data is not sold and is retained only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
